    We ship to all EU countries. International shipping is currently not possible. Contact us to consult shipping  options, we can make it work 🙂 

    We do our best to provide a streamlined, efficient service of getting the product(s) to your door. For shipping costs please see the check-out page from your cart. Shipping costs vary from 3,5 EUR to maximum 8 EUR (depending on country you want it shipped).

    Free shipping to all EU countries, for orders above 50 EUR.

    Standard Shipping will get your order to your doorstep on average of anywhere from 3 – 8 working days after receiving your payment.

    (Most orders will ship out within 24 hours from ordering and completing the payment via PayPal)

    All prices on the site include standard VAT (22%).

    There are three ways of paying for your order:

    • PayPal
    • Credit Card
    • Offline Payment (SEPA / UPN bank deposit)

    PayPal

    After you place an order you will receive all the information about your order on e-mail.

    We receive the payment immediately when you pay with PayPal. Your order starts being processed and your ordered product(s) go in production on the same day.

    Credit Card

    We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express). You can pay with credit card by using PayPal plug-in.

    After you place an order you will receive all the information about your order on e-mail.

    We usually receive the payment the next day you pay with Credit Card. Your order starts being processed and your ordered product(s) go in production on the same day of receiving your payment.

    Offline Payment (SEPA / UPN bank deposit)

    After choosing the Offline Payment and filling out the form with your e-mail and shipping information, you will receive payment instructions on your given e-mail address (it usually takes 1-2 hours and in a few cases 24 hours). You will also receive a picture of filled out SEPA / UPN Payment bill, which you can pay at any bank or post office. In some

    countries

    there is possible to pay SEPA / UPN bills on gas stations and in bigger grocery stores.

    Usually it takes 1-2 days to receive your payment. After we receive the payment your order goes into production.

     

    Before placing an order, we kindly ask you to double check the specified sizes of the product(s). Unfortunately, returns of that kind are not possible.

    Unworn and unwashed items are valid for return if the item is not as described or is damaged. Exchange of the product can be made at costumers wish by contacting us, sending your order number and details about the return. Esquire does not cover the return costs of shipping, unless the reason for return is receiving damaged item(s) .

    Refunds and exchanges can be made within 14 days from the purchase date.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).

    We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
    automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-10 days.
